  1. Our factory has achieved HACCP certification granted by NAFI, moreover we have also received the first EU, USDA, JAS Oganic certification in the world.

2. We carry out the seaweed farming process according to the standard procedures of Japanese Engineers. The closed process is guaranteed according to standards at each stage:

  • First, our sea grapes are harvested in our own pond system. Removes dirt and trash from the water tank.
  • Then, the sea grapes will be sterilized using a UV tube (Ultra Violet Disinfection) and filtered through a number of filters to kill bacteria.
  • After being disinfected, the sea grapes continue to be put into a special container for the sea grapes to develop roots.

With special farming techniques unique to Budouya, we bring the final sea grape product to ensure quality and freshness. And especially the rooting technique helps Budouya sea grapes not only plump but also ensures freshness that can be kept fresh for up to 10 days.
